Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may occasionally change your mind. Orders can be easily cancelled before they are dispatched:

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your order directly from the "My Account" section on our website. The "Cancel" button will be available as long as your order status is marked as Payment Pending, Processing, or On Hold.

  • COD Order Verification: For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will make a manual verification call prior to dispatch. You have the right to confirm or seamlessly cancel your COD order during this call. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

2. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We uphold strict quality control standards. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may initiate a return or exchange within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

  • How to Initiate a Return: Simply send us a message on WhatsApp at +91 9815012814 or email us at gpumps69@gmail.com. Please include your Order ID, a brief reason for the return, and clear photos/videos of the defect or incorrect product.

  • Our Response: Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 1 to 2 hours during business hours to confirm the return authorization.

3. Complimentary Reverse Logistics

For authorized returns concerning defective units or incorrect dispatches, Gagan Submersible Pumps assumes full responsibility. We will arrange a seamless, free reverse pickup from your location and bear all associated return freight charges.

4. Non-Returnable Items Please be advised that Control Panels are strictly non-returnable.

Due to the sensitive nature of their internal electrical components, they are highly susceptible to severe transit damage during reverse logistics. All sales on Control Panels are final.

5. Refund Processing

Upon successful receipt and quality inspection of the returned product at our warehouse, your approved refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original bank account or payment method within 3 to 5 business days. (For COD orders, our team will collect your bank details via email/WhatsApp to process the NEFT/UPI transfer).

6. 1-Year Manufacturing Guarantee

Gagan Submersible Pumps stands behind the engineering of its products. All submersible pumpsets are covered by a comprehensive 1-Year Guarantee protecting against manufacturing and structural defects.

  • Coverage Limitations: This guarantee is strictly limited to faults arising directly from the manufacturing process. It does not extend to damages or performance issues resulting from normal wear and tear, general operational usage, improper on-site installation, or severe electrical fluctuations.
