2. Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Times

We understand the urgency of agricultural and industrial water needs.

  • Processing: All confirmed orders are packed and dispatched from our Amritsar warehouse within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Transit Time: Once handed over to our logistics partner, standard delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your specific location.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Manual Verification

We proudly offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. To ensure maximum order accuracy and security, all COD orders require a quick manual verification call from our support team prior to dispatch. Once you verbally confirm your order with our representative, your equipment will be shipped, and you can pay the full balance in cash directly to the logistics executive upon delivery.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking ID via email and WhatsApp. This allows you to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
